Agent Subdomain Website
RealHub 365 allows agents to have their own personal subdomain sites. Your subdomain site will retain the branding of your team or brokerage, but will display your direct contact information and funnel all site visitors directly to your RealHub 365 CRM account.
Create Your Site
To create your personal subdomain site, go into your profile within the CRM by clicking in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Locate the ‘Personal Website URL‘ field.

Enter your chosen subdomain name in this field. Note – subdomains must be unique.
Once you’re satisfied with your selection, select ‘Save’ at the top of the page and then click ‘Publish Website’. Be aware that there may be a delay from the time you publish your site to when it can actually be seen. This is normal as browsers and search engines await the hosting company to update its registry settings.
Lead Logic
Both the main and subdomain websites use specific logic to manage new leads. You may want to be aware how this is done to ensure fair lead routing.
For New Leads:
- If a visitor comes to Agent A’s subdomain and searches properties, no search history is logged yet because the user is not registered.
- Once the visitor registers or sends a message (contact us form), that lead is immediately assigned to Agent A (the subdomain they originally came from).
- After that point, the lead can navigate anywhere (other subdomains, main site, listings), but the lead ownership stays with Agent A.
For existing leads:
- All activity is logged to the existing contact record, and the lead remains assigned to the same agent, regardless of which subdomain or site section they are browsing.
Getting to Know Your Site
From the main company site, visitors will be able to view all members of the team. Clicking on a team member will open to that team member’s profile page. From the profile page, a visitor can access an agent’s personal site.
Your site contains a similar branding and feel as the main website. However, there are some distinct differences that are important to understand.
Featured Listing – In your Agent Profile, you can select your own Featured Listing for your personal site.
Member Bio – The member bio you create in your profile is what will display on your personal site and communicate who you and what what you offer. Be sure this is up to date and matches your bio on other industry sites to enhance your legitimacy across search engines.
Subdomain Address – This is a unique URL that you can use to drive website traffic directly back to your site. This address can be used in your email signature, social media marketing, and any other type of outreach efforts so that all of your efforts will have a direct link back to you.
Property Searches – You can select communities in your profile and they will function as a filter option for the property search results on your personal website. When your visitors go to the search bar and select the dropdown on the left, it will display a communities option. Any filters that are then applied will be limited to results within the communities you’ve selected. IF you don’t want to use this feature, do not select any communities in your profile page.
