QuickStart Guide

QuickStart Guide

Let’s help you get started as quickly as possible. Focus on completing this list within the first 48 hours of gaining access to the RealHub 365 platform to ensure you’re ready to go live!

quickstart

1. Agent Profile

This is the most important part. It doesn’t take long, and it MUST be done as soon as you have access to your account. Go to the Agent Profile section for full details.

2. Member Bio

Your bio shows on your personal website. So, copy the bio you use on your existing website, or on the major real estate sites. It’s important that you use the SAME bio on every website possible. The search engines will more readily recognize you and boost you higher in the search results.

3. Email Signature

Do this right away! Any and all communication being sent out of your CRM relies on having your email signature set up. You can drop in the signature that you’re currently using, convert it to HTML, or create a new one altogether.

4. Website Prep | Publish Your Subdomain

As part of completing your profile setup, enter your subdomain. Be sure to save the changes and then click ‘Publish’. Now, you’ve got your personal site to use for marketing yourself and drive new leads directly as a result of your efforts. If you are a solo agent or a broker/admin, prep your website ahead of going live. All of the tools are available to you in the CRM.

5. Add Yourself

Your personal website requires a login for you to gain access. Go to your subdomain URL in your browser and register when the prompt comes up, or click on the menu icon in the upper right and select ‘Sign In’. Use your own first and last name, email address, and your phone number. Doing this will not only allow you access to the site in order to familiarize yourself with it, but you can now send yourself emails, text messages, enroll yourself in drip campaigns, set up e-alerts, etc.

6. Clean Your Database

The size of your database isn’t always a good indication of your professional prowess. In fact, some of your contacts are just making it seem like you have more opportunity than you do and holding you hostage to dreams of 10 years ago. Before importing your database, go through and clean up the dead weight so you can move forward with a renewed vigor to leverage your database and generate quality new leads. This is your “start over” moment to recommit to yourself, so take charge and make the next decade the best it can be! NOTE: for a contact to be imported, it needs at least a FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, PHONE and/or EMAIL.

7. Go Mobile

Once you’ve completed the items above, go to the App Store or Play Store and search for the RealHub365 App. Take 15 minutes out of your day to tap around and get familiar with your full-functioning mobile app.
