Web & Social Analytics
Google Analytics (GA4)
Your professional website is enhanced with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which is Google’s latest version of its web analytics platform. GA4 is designed to track and report website traffic and user interactions, offering more advanced insights compared to the older Universal Analytics.
Here’s what GA4 does:
- Data Collection: It collects data about how users interact with your website, including page views, button clicks, form submissions, video plays, etc.
- User-Centric Tracking: GA4 focuses on tracking users across different devices and sessions, giving a more holistic view of user behavior over time.
- Event-Based: GA4 tracks user actions (called events) like page views, purchases, and scrolls, rather than just sessions. This provides richer insights into how users interact with your website.
- Enhanced Machine Learning: GA4 uses AI and machine learning to fill in gaps where data might be incomplete due to privacy changes, like cookie restrictions.
When opening your RealHub 365 CRM, navigate to the website controls by clicking or tapping on the WEBSITE section on the left side menu, then click or tap on ANALYTICS.

Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel (used to be Facebook Pixel) is a snippet of code on your website that tracks user actions (like views, adds-to-cart, purchases) after they interact with your Facebook/Instagram ads, helping you measure ad effectiveness, build custom audiences for retargeting, optimize campaigns for conversions, and find new customers. It turns website visitors into trackable data, allowing you to see what actions lead to sales, create ads for people who left items in their cart, and improve your ad spending.
Your RealHub 365 website is equipped to support this out of the box. Log into your Meta Business Advertising account and locate your pixel code. If you don’t know where to find this, we recommend you search for it in the Meta account or contact their support as they may change this information from time to time.
