Communities

Community pages give every neighborhood, subdivision, or area you work in its own dedicated page — complete with local market stats, a filtered listings feed, and a shareable QR code. Use them for marketing, for search visibility, and to give clients an easy way to browse inventory by area on your personal agent website.

What Is a Community Page?

Each community page is built around a specific area — like Sundance, Utah — and pulls together an overview of the area, a live market snapshot, and every active listing in that community, all automatically kept up to date.

Specific Property Groupings

Price-range filters break a community’s inventory into digestible groups, so visitors can jump straight to the listings that fit their budget instead of scrolling through everything at once.

Search by Community

Community pages aren’t just for browsing — they’re also built into search. Clients and contacts can search your website’s entire inventory by selecting Community from the search dropdown, right alongside City, County, MLS, and Zip code.

Marketing & Visibility

Community pages do double duty as marketing tools. Because each one is built around a specific, well-defined area, they’re naturally suited to:

!Improve your AI Visibility by blogging about a specific community and linking back to that community’s page within your post — specific, well-linked local content is exactly what search engines and AI answer engines reward.

QR Code

Every community page comes with its own downloadable QR code. Add it to yard signs, flyers, postcards, or any printed marketing piece to send traffic straight back to that community’s page.

Blog it, then link it

Every time you add a new community, write a short blog post about it and link back to the community page. It’s one of the fastest ways to build hyper-local authority — and it gives search engines and AI answer engines fresh, specific content to point people to.

Why Communities Work for You

Community pages turn the areas you specialize in into dedicated, always-current marketing assets — without any manual upkeep.
