Testimonials
Leverage the words of your clients to establish your credentials. But in RealHub 365, we’ve added some additional horsepower to help your company gain extra exposure. Learn more how to enhance your site in this section.
There are three ways a visitor/client can access your testimonials:
- Homepage Tile
- Site Menu
- Google Business Page
As an admin, you can copy and paste existing testimonials, and you can send a link to request new testimonials.
Existing Testimonials

Click on the ‘Add’ button

Enter the client’s name and the testimonial goes into the Description field. Then, hit ‘Save’.
This will allow you to copy over all of the testimonials you have on other sites.
New Testimonials
Use the ‘Copy Testimonial Link’ button and the paste the link into an email or text message and send it to your clients.
TIP: Copy the link and then add it into your signature and into your templates so you can skip this step and make it even easier for clients to submit testimonials.
Your agents can also copy this link by clicking the link in their profile page and add it to their own signatures and to their own templates.
Google Business Reviews
On your company’s Google Business Page, there is a link you can capture that links directly to your reviews. This video demonstrates how to locate your Review link:
Once you have your link, paste it into the Google Review URL field. Hit ‘Save’.

Now, when you send your Testimonial link to your clients, they’ll see a page like this:

When they type their testimonial, they can then click on Save and Copy Testimonial. This does two things:
- submits the testimonial to your website
- opens a new window to your Google Business Page with the text of the testimonial automatically copied.
Your clients then see this notification that they will be redirected to your Google Reviews and they can simply paste their review into that screen, select 5 stars, and submit.
